Delivery
All packages carry a £10 delivery charge, collection and set up of the equipment within NR1 – NR8 in Norwich. There is a fee for other areas, please check our delivery price list here.
We require a £25 booking fee which must be paid by bank transfer and a completed booking form to secure your party date. We will be in touch once the booking fee and form have been received to confirm your booking with one of our booking references. Cash or bank transfer will be required for the remaining balance once set up is complete on the day of your party. We do operate an invoice system for large organisations but these must be paid prior to events, no exceptions.
We operate a three tier party duration system. These are –
- Party Time Hire – For parties up to three hours duration
- Party Time Plus Hire – For parties over three hours and up to six hours.
- Full Day Hire – For parties over six hours duration.
