• A non refundable booking fee of £25.00 and a signed booking form is required to confirm your party. The fee will be debited from your final invoice.
  • Payment of cash or bank transfer will be accepted on setup of the day of the party.  SORRY, NO CHEQUES.
  • Party Time Hire is for up to a three hour party. Party Time Plus Hire is for parties over three hours and up to six hours. Full Day Hire is for parties exceeding six hours.
  • Any equipment that is hired for your booking and not used at time of set up will still be charged.  Please make sure you have adequate space at venue to meet requirements.
  • Once the equipment is set up, the safe operation of the equipment becomes the hirer’s responsibility. The hirer must take all reasonable steps to ensure the soft play equipment is not damaged or injury caused during the hire.
  • SET UP OF EQUIPMENT IS NOT PERMITTED IN COMMUNAL AREAS.  IF WE ARRIVE AND IT IS A COMMUNAL AREA AND NOT YOUR GARDEN OR VENUE AS PER BOOKING FORM, THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE AND BOOKING FEE IS FORFEITED.
  • Bouncy Castles hired for outdoor use can ONLY be set up on natural grass. We are unable to set up outdoor bouncy castles on any surface other than grass. Please also ensure that there are no underground services or cables shallower than 40cm in the set up area as the castles have to be pegged to the ground.
  • A responsible person (over 18 years of age) must supervise the equipment at all times No food or drink must be consumed on or near the equipment.
    Equipment will be checked and if cleaning is required there will be a MINIMUM £20 surcharge. In the event of face paint, Permanent marker and other potentially permanent marks/stains the surcharge will be a MINIMUM of £50.
  • No messy activities to be carried out near the equipment (e.g. Face painting / paints / glitter).
  • Only children 6 years and under to use the play equipment with the exception of 12ft castles which is 12 years old and under.
  • The hirer is responsible for any soft play / bouncy castle equipment that is lost or stolen.
  • Do not attempt to clean the equipment with anything other than soapy water.
  • The “Happy Hopperz” is designed for persons over the age of 3. Please do not let children under this age use them.
  • All balls should be returned to the ball pit by the time the equipment is collected.
  • No one except for SoftPlay2U employees to dismantle the soft play / bouncy castle equipment.
  • Socks must be worn at all times. No shoes on the equipment due to the damage they can cause.
  • All equipment to be returned in a clean and unsoiled condition.
  • In the event of extreme / wet weather it may be necessary to rearrange the booking for a different date.  The soft play equipment is not suitable to be used on wet ground or used in the rain.  Weather forecast will be checked on the day of your event, if for any reason, weather is going to be raining or extremely windy we reserve the right to postpone your booking.  Booking fees are non refundable (this equipment may have been able to be booked for an inside event).  SoftPlay2U will not be held responsible for this.
  • DUE TO WET WEATHER DAMAGING EQUIPMENT, IF RAIN IS FORECAST ON DAY OF EVENT AND IT IS OUTDOOR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE YOUR BOOKING TO A FUTURE DATE.  SOFTPLAY2U WILL NO LONGER HIRE OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN.
  • Please notify us immediately if any party arrangements change or if you wish to cancel. Booking fees are non refundable.
  • Please allow us 1 hour each side of your party to set up and dismantle the equipment. This time is NOT part of your party time and you will not be charged for it.
  • A delivery charge will be applied to all bookings based on your venue postcode.
